Normally you will see a red DOWNLOAD YOUR TEMPLATE button as soon as you complete payment. You will also get a confirmation email with a download link. Please check your spam folder to see if it is there. If you can’t find it, just contact us and we will send you another copy right away.

How do I delete the copyright and website information in the footer of the bio?
The copyright and web address are located in the footer of the Word document. To delete these, place your mouse over them and double-click to activate the footer, then highlight them and delete.
